Hall Rental Rates


* Call the Branch Hall Rental Coordinator at the Devon Legion at 780-987-3356, or via e-mail to info@devonlegion.com or Blueschef62@gmail.com or fill in the Rental Request Web Form (preferred) located at the link below (one Rental Request Web Form per event if possible). The maximum hall banquet capacity is 105 people including staff.

HALL RENTAL: * Minimum Rental Fee is $100.00  
Hourly Rates:
* $20.00 per Hour - Active Devon Legion Members in Good Standing;
* $30.00 per Hour - Normal Renters
Daily Rates:
* Full Day Rate $125.00 - Active Devon Legion Members in Good Standing;
* Full Day Rate $250.00 - Normal Renters
KITCHEN RENTAL: * $80.00 flat rate per Event (if applicable)
* $5 per Table Cloth
* $1 per Wine Glass
LEGION BARTENDER: * $15.00 per Hour  
CORKAGE: * $5 per Person
(where applicable when Legion bar not used)
JANITORIAL SERVICES: * Hall Janitorial: $20.00 per Hour
* Kitchen Janitorial: $20.00 per Event (if applicable)
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: * $250.00
